The person will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company. Key Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company. This role requires a dynamic person with a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive financial performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Financial Management:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment strategies.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational risks.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
- Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Cross Functional support and Process improvement:
- Collaborate with other department heads to support overall company objectives and initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters with external stakeholders such as auditors and banks.
- Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to the board of directors and shareholder/ parent company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the company's financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a CPA. Additionally, MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial softwares and SAP
- Fluent in both English and German
