As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development, offering and negotiation for power plant projects on global basis.
Your tasks
- From pre-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution you will lead sales projects on an international basis
- Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization for large scale GT-based power projects
- Represent Ansaldo Energia and drive the sales projects with our customers, through internal processes.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, or business administration along with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions
- Profound experience in commercial and technical negotiations for large scale projects
- Knowledge of power plants technology, the main products such as gas turbines and steam turbines as well as cost parameters for power projects
- Knowledge of drivers in today’s power industry and projects
- Reliable, creative, flexible and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian and other languages would be an asset
