Senior Trust Officer

SENIOR TRUST OFFICER (80% - 100%) – ZUG

Start date: immediately or by agreement

To strengthen our team in Zug, we are looking for a Senior Trust Officer (80% - 100%) with a hands-on mindset and a passion for service.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently managing a portfolio of Trusts, Foundations and offshore companies
• Incorporation, administration and liquidation of various types of entities in various jurisdictions
• Handling on-boarding procedure (including full KYC of clients)-
• Drafting meeting minutes, resolutions, and report
• Maintain data and documentation
• Prepare and review client invoices
• Day-to-day correspondence with clients, lawyers and global partners
• Handling incoming mail and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

Your Profile

• 5 - 10 years of professional and relevant experience in a trust and fiduciary environment
• ideally STEP/TEP certification
• High IT affinity as well as very good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge in ViewPoint is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German (spoken/written); other languages are a plus
• Strong customer / service orientation and business orientated attitude
• Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Proactive approach
• Knowledge in Project Management is an advantage
