At the Swiss Institute for Translational and Entrepreneurial Medicine (sitem-insel), a wide variety of units from clinics, industry, research, and education are networked under one roof, driving innovation for the benefit of patients.
Together with the Medical Faculty of the University of Bern, the sitem-insel School offers continuing education programs (MAS/DAS/CAS) tailored for researchers and leaders in the fields of translational medicine and entrepreneurship.
To strengthen our sitem-insel School team, we are looking for a dedicated person for the following role by August 2025 or by arrangement:
As Study Program Administrator, you will support the sitem-insel School team in the coordination and organization of our further education programs and be responsible for all related administrative matters.
Your impact
- You ensure the seamless planning, coordination, and communication of course day and events of the sitem-insel School, contributing to an outstanding learning experience.
- As the main contact person for our students and lecturers, you ensure that all administrative and organizational matters are handled professionally.
- You are responsible for the smooth execution of on-site course sessions.
- You prepare and follow up on course content on our digital platforms and contribute actively to the design and development of e-learning and blended learning formats.
- You support the Managing Director with various administrative and organizational tasks and ensure a reliable and professional operation in the background.
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and experience in administrative or assistant function.
- Experience in the fields of digitalization, data science, and AI in medicine, as well as interest or training in health-related topics such as regulatory affairs or quality management.
- Basic knowledge in education or the facilitation of learning content.
- Knowledge of university administrative processes and experience with learning management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent English skills and good command of German, both written and spoken.
- Goal-oriented, solution-focused working style and a strong sense of quality.
- Strong organizational skills and a flair for planning and coordination.
- Pleasure in dealing with customers and a high level of social competence.
- You enjoy working independently while being a committed team player.
- Interest in learning and taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
