Your responsibility
Handle administrative tasks with business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
Support underwriters in maintaining and developing existing and new business relationships
Prepare figures as a basis for decision-making for reinsurance contract assessments
Create and maintain portfolio management reports
Manage internal and external (client/broker) correspondence
Interaction across other reinsurance underwriting, actuarial and accounting departments
Your qualification
Higher education mixed with relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance field
Strong commitment and willingness to learn as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
Efficient use of Office programs, especially Excel
Ability to work well under pressure especially at renewal season
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English are required, additional languages are a plus
