• Leadership and management of 20-30 employees in outgoing goods

• Active presence and direct team management

• Ensuring smooth logistics operations across two shifts (07:45 AM to 06:45 PM)

• Conducting employee and disciplinary discussions in English and German

• Close cooperation with the logistics management team and procurement

your skills

• Leadership experience in a logistic environment

• Business-fluent English skills at a native level for challenging discussions

• Passion for active people management

• High stress resistance and resilience in a dynamic, multicultural environment

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Very good IT Skills (MS Office and ERP system)
