Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Lead AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a group of AI engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our AI strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions.
• Drive best practices in AI research, development, and deployment.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
