We are looking for a Journey Improvement Manager to continuously enhance and optimize the customer journey. In this role, you will analyze touchpoints, identify pain points, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and satisfaction. Your work will play a key role in ensuring seamless, customer-focused processes end to end.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Systematically analyse the customer journey key points
- Structure and formulate new requirements for improving the customer experience and drive implementation in close cooperation with journey owners
- Support development and improvement of customer journey standards in close cooperation with journey owners
- Support the business units in conducting customer journey analyses
- Develop a governance framework for journey deliveries across various delivery methods
- Measure the maturity of the customer experience throughout improvement projects
YOUR SKILLS:
- University or technical college degree, preferably in business informatics, business administration or innovation management and several years of professional experience ideally in the Telco industry as well as solid experience in business analysis or customer experience management
- In-depth analytical skills for business processes with certification
- Strong customer focus, experience with customer-centric methods (e.g. customer journey) as well as strong implementation skills, prioritization skills and structured working methods
- Experience in implementing IT solutions in collaboration with development teams, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of project management and agile methods (e.g., SAFe) as well as experience with industry-standard collaboration tools such as Confluence, ADO, etc.
- Very good knowledge of English. German, Italian and French are an advantage
