Co-lead ETH Investor Connect Program

ETH Entrepreneurship is the staff unit of the Vice President Knowledge Transfer and Corporate Relations that promotes entrepreneurship at ETH and supports aspiring ETH founders in launching their new ventures. ETH spin-offs are deep technology ventures based on research results from ETH Zurich. More than 30 ETH spin-offs and start-ups are founded each year.

ETH Zurich is seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to co-lead the ETH Investor Connect Program. This position provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of deeptech innovation, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.

• Manage and grow ETH Zurich’s Investor Connect platform, connecting spin-offs and start-ups with a curated network of over 100 active investors.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain investors in the program.
• Facilitate matchmaking between start-ups and investors, including regular exclusive networking events.
• Track investor engagement metrics and provide insights to ETH Zurich leadership to improve program effectiveness.
• Support start-ups with investor communications, pitch preparation, and follow-ups.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, start-up programs, venture capital, or event management.
• Work-experience at a start-up or spin-off highly appreciated.
• Strong network in the start-up and investor ecosystem is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
