Creative Jewelry Workshop Host

We're a fast-growing jewelry studio based in Zürich, and we're looking for someone special to join our team as a Workshop Host.

No prior jewelry-making experience required — full training will be provided. That said, you should be naturally creative and comfortable working with your hands. If you've always been the type to make, craft, or create things, you'll fit right in.

What we're looking for:

— Genuinely passionate about jewelry, design, and aesthetics — someone who wears jewelry, follows trends, and is drawn to the world of handmade jewelry

— Warm, welcoming, and confident with people

— Attentive to detail and precise in everything you do

— Naturally organized — you keep your space and workflow tight

— Creative — you have your own aesthetic and you're not afraid to show it

— Fluent in English (conversational, articulate); German is a big plus

— This is a weekend job (at least one Sunday per week; sometimes both weekend days)

— Full availability in May and June is a must

What the role involves:

— Leading hands-on jewelry-making workshops for small groups

— Setting up and managing the workshop space to a high standard

— Guiding guests and beginners through the creative process with patience and enthusiasm\

— Representing our brand with care and pride

— Being reliable and responsible in how you show up and handle the space

This isn't just a hosting job. You'll be the face of the experience for our guests, and we need someone who naturally inspires people — through how they communicate, how they move through a space, and how they show up.
