Position Summary

As eBusiness Manager for Dairy SBU (Strategic Business Unit), you will organize, develop and drive eBusiness agenda ensuring alignment with global and regional eBusiness strategy.

A day in the life of an eBusiness Manager

  • Define and drive the eBusiness strategy and ensure execution, integrating with digital, brand, eCommerce and media team's scope and responsibilities to ensure readiness to win online and offline
  • Contribute to Business with the eBusiness frameworks and local roadmap execution, guide Business to think with eBusiness pillars
  • Take decisions and make informed recommendations based on understanding the new consumer and shopping trends
  • Identify future business disruptions and articulate the impact on the business
  • Accelerate eCommerce to influence consumer purchase behavior both in-store & online through best-in-class eContent, search strategies, ratings & reviews and data partnerships
  • Drive digital innovation for an agile company to maximize business value and exploring of new technologies, business models, digital solutions, start-up partnerships
  • Identify, source and manage key partners, agencies and digital platforms
  • Implement and drive common eBusiness measurement (targets)

What will make you successful

  • University Degree
  • At least 3 years of Digital Marketing and eCommerce experience
  • Between 3-5 years of solid Marketing & Communication experience
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic Digital Marketing projects
  • Broad and practical understanding of key Digital concepts in the areas of Digital Media, Websites, Social, Search, Marketing Analytics, CRM, eCommerce
  • Project management and strong relationship management skills with ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
