Good working atmosphere with fair pay
This works well in the company
With 600 employees from the arts, technology and administration, the Zurich Opera House is one of the most frequently performed opera houses in the German-speaking world with 16 new productions and 24 revivals as well as over 300 events per year (opera, ballet, concerts). The working atmosphere is good and so is the pay. Shift work is the rule in the technical and lighting departments.
