Future candidate, I would like to warn you against this company. After several interviews, I was asked to complete a project planning assignment, including strategic and technical research, which was to be paid for as part of a hiring process. I invested a great deal of time and energy, but after submitting the deliverable, I received no feedback, either positive or negative, despite repeated reminders on my part. Complete silence on their part, even though they keep all my work free of charge. This lack of professionalism is all the more regrettable as I had already shown flexibility and understanding in the face of their delay during our first meeting.

An open culture. You can and can make a difference. The traditional after-work beer is enjoyed again as it used to be. It's fun. Thanks to the long history, there is substance and thanks to the cooperation between Sierre, Hergatz and Elgg, there are many interesting topics, even beyond the language and national borders.
