Work organization: Structured work is hardly possible, as artificially created stress characterizes everyday working life. Instead of ensuring efficiency through clear processes and sensible planning, the result is a restless, hectic and absolutely chaotic working environment that makes productive work almost impossible. Digitalization and work tools: Digitalization is at a very outdated level. Almost all work processes are still carried out manually, resulting in unnecessary sources of error and extreme loss of time. Quality and working methods: Quality seems to have no importance whatsoever in this company. There is little or no sense of responsibility in production. Instead of tackling problems in a solution-oriented manner, they are regularly passed on to other people or departments. This creates a culture of indifference in which neither care nor improvement play a role. Overall, the company makes a very careless and disinterested impression when it comes to quality. Team culture and equal treatment: Long-serving employees enjoy a clearly noticeable special status - often, without factual or professional justification. This unequal treatment has a negative impact on the working atmosphere and leads to tension within the team. Conclusion: Overall, this company has an inefficient, very outdated and unmotivating working environment. Without fundamental structural changes - particularly in the areas of organization, digitalization and sense of responsibility - no sustainable improvement can be expected.
