They should take better care of the apprentices. I have the feeling that I'm just cheap labor and that I'm not there primarily to learn the profession. Almost every criticism is pointless and nothing changes, regardless of whether you go to the LPB or the company's vocational manager, I've given up trying to change anything. Every apprentice leaves the company after their apprenticeship. It's a shame because I know what potential Tertianum has. I wouldn't do it again. It's different in every company and I don't want to generalize, but responsibility and passion are different.
