The company's figures are impressive. Due to the growth a lot of new people are hired, this can lead to some restlessness in the teams. Fair wages for work and for years 2-3% wage increase per year (for all!). Opportunities to work in Australia or the USA, depending on the activity.

The working conditions are very good: flexible, great benefits and good wages. Cooperation via the department itself is also very good for the most part. The cordial corporate culture is also lived.

People are fired at the linear metre which means more work for the rest. Presumably one would like to save money thereby with the personnel despite record profits.
