This works well in the company

After interview no answer, just ghosted. Even after I asked for feedback - nobody replied (no HR Manager, No line manager who is the Group CFO). This is very disrespectful. The process was as well not structured. THE Requriter didnt know simple basic things about the role like which IT system I would work with.
