Schön wäre es wenn man, nicht erst bei einem Problem mit Menschen zu tun hat sondern von Anfang an wenigsten mal ein persönliches Telephonat. Wenn man fragen hat und mal glück hat eine Email zu erhalten sind diese extrem knapp gehalten und unklar formuliert. Bevor Stellen vorgeschagen werden sollten...
