The technical equipment for employees is up-to-date and meets the requirements of the work. Internal communication takes place via standardized tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint), which enables the transparent transfer of information. In addition, attention is paid to compliance with legal requirements, especially compliance management and security standards. The application process was clearly structured and transparent. After the application was received, feedback was given within three working days. The interview took place by telephone and was well organized in terms of time. The questions were relevant to the position and related to professional qualifications and experience in the field of security. Feedback after the interview was received within five working days. Communication during the process was correct and factual.

One possible area for improvement lies in the internal promotion of further training, but this depends on employee interest, company goals and budget.

I must be frank, really everything was good, no unnecessary micromanagement, black and white according to regulations, for many employees and me this is a great advantage, not a disadvantage. Bonus is also available at the employee level, so do the good employers. In times of crisis regarding Ukraine war and Covid-19, salary was always paid on time according to employment contract.

Once the situation improve because of Ukraine war and Covid-19, everything will be better, unfortunately marketing & promo jobs are first to go. I hope I will work here again, it was great.
