I particularly appreciate the great team – everyone is very friendly, helpful, and supportive of each other. Although there is no budget for team building from the company, we organize voluntary activities as a team at least once a month, which really strengthens our collaboration. In addition, the projects are incredibly exciting. It's fun to work on topics that are at the forefront of the aerospace industry and really shape the future.

I think it would be helpful if we had a little less overhead overall and if the work structures were designed to be more efficient. That would allow us to focus more on the actual work. I would also like to see good performance become more visible—both for management and within the team. That would further boost motivation.
