My experience as an employee (a few months with the company): During my time at the company, I have had the following experiences: Commissions & Bonuses: In my case, agreed commissions were not paid out. Bonus payments were postponed even though the corresponding contracts were demonstrably submitted on time. Salary: My salary was only transferred twice between the 10th and 12th of the following month. Work equipment: I had to wait a long time for modern work equipment, which made my work more difficult. Working hours: I often worked late into the night. These hours were not counted as overtime. Instead, the principle of "the more phone calls, the more money" applied. Training & development: There was no structured training. I didn't experience any opportunities for further training or salary adjustments during my time there. Team & corporate culture: Some of the costs for company events (e.g. flight tickets) had to be covered by the employees themselves. In my opinion, those who were unable to attend were taken less seriously. Communication & leadership: In my opinion, the tone was often disrespectful and not very professional. I also witnessed some sexist remarks from the management. Conclusion: The company presents itself as modern on the outside, but my personal experience on the inside was very disappointing. I would not recommend this employer to others.
