toxic working atmosphere, but flexible working hours
This works well in the company
Relativelly flexible working hours (depending on the job). It's a relatively okay salary for Switzerland and there are language learning, gym, and food discounts that can be taken advantage of.
This could be improved
The power struggles that happen at the higher levels, e.g., between the Department Head and the Professors, end up affecting everything at the lower level and are detrimental to the students. These higher-ups are not required to have any management or leadership skills, and it shows.
