There is hardly any potential for improvement that has not already been recognized and is already being worked on. This is facilitated by the openness and team spirit of the employees, from the trainees to the management. Only one or two improvements and adjustments could be implemented a little more quickly. For example, it is not so easy to get the right and necessary reinforcement for growth and the future-oriented strategy on the labor market.
