This works well in the company

You can go to concerts for free. Good remuneration. I have explained everything

This could be improved

I would like to share a personal impression from my time as an employee at "the hall" - deliberately anonymized and without specific names or details in order to avoid legal consequences. The work culture there is strongly based on adaptation: if you work, don't ask questions and accept everything, you are perceived as part of the team. But as soon as you drop out or no longer "perform", the attitude changes - you are treated more as a burden than as a person. At least that was my perception. The working hours are extreme: 10 to 18 hours a day is not an exception, but common practice. Anyone who chooses this job should be aware that their private life suffers greatly. The pressure and rigid structure can - and have in my environment - led to serious health problems such as burnout. The pay may be above average, but when you compare the effort and workload, I personally don't think it's a fair trade-off. The role of the HR department must also be viewed critically: In my experience, it was not on the side of the employees, but acted primarily in the interests of the management level. There were incidents that, in my opinion, were borderline or could even be classified as misconduct - without any recognizable consequences or support from HR. I don't want to put anyone off, but I do want to make people think. Anyone who wants to work there should ask themselves: - How important is my mental and physical health to me? - Am I prepared to severely restrict my private life? - Can I deal with a system that leaves little room for criticism or humanity? Please take these points into account when making your decision if you are considering working in such an environment.
