Unfortunately, my experience with Frigoglass was very disappointing. First, I was contacted by phone, then I had an interview via Microsoft Teams. During this interview, I was assured that I would receive feedback the next day. However, this feedback never came. After a week, I tried several times to follow up by email, but received no response. I then tried to reach someone by phone, but no one answered. Since then, I have not received any further feedback. Treating applicants in this way comes across as unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when you have invested time and effort in the process. The complete silence is in stark contrast to the expectations one has of a reputable company.
