The working atmosphere is really great: we are a small team, the management is straightforward and always has an open ear, and we have a lot of freedom to organize our work and our working hours in the way that suits us best. The salary is also OK, comparable to other language course providers in the region.

We give a lot of online language courses for our customers and have very good tools available for this. I would just like to see a bit more internal training and guidance for these, as the learning platform is quite complex and I'm not sure I have 100% mastered everything.
