Very little. The hierarchy in this company seems to be rigid and inflexible, which leads to an unpleasant working atmosphere. Decisions are made from the top down without proper consideration of employees' opinions and ideas. This has often led to frustration and dissatisfaction in my team.

My experience in this organization in terms of hierarchy and leadership is extremely disappointing. There is a lack of appropriate communication and a real sense of equality between employees and management.
