This works well in the company

After the merger of the "old" company BM with Cohn & Wolfe to BCW, the groove is back and a lot of ballast is gone, which used to be tedious or annoying. And you always find someone who is an expert in what the customer needs and from whom you can learn.

This could be improved

You can certainly add one more zigzag of creativity in the future.

unfairness

Former employee

Absolutely unfair remuneration, employees are also treated unfairly. Moreover, management does not understand much about the Swiss media system.
