Nice company... but inappropriate tone
This works well in the company
The hotel is very nice (good location) and has various, great offers... the procedures are actually clearly defined and worked according to, which is good. The operation is super accessible.
This could be improved
The management/leadership of the company must be more responsive to the employees and respect them better. The appreciation should definitely be reviewed. The tone of communication must be chosen appropriately so that it does not come across as dismissive or lacking interest.
