This works well in the company

Great flexibility regarding home office and office. Your office is where you are' mentality. Very good infrastructure of shared workstations. Many years of collaboration with many colleagues and still remained flexible and agile. Everyone's commitment counts and is appreciated and regularly confirmed. Very good Swiss management PLUS leadership!

This works well in the company

Local Swiss management. Great colleagues in Switzerland and Europe. Existing culture of regularly Get-Together Appropriate compensation and one of the best Pensionskassen in CH.

This could be improved

Standard American driver company. Need daily fight to keep CH and European requirements and specialties in consideration.
