Great flexibility regarding home office and office. Your office is where you are' mentality. Very good infrastructure of shared workstations. Many years of collaboration with many colleagues and still remained flexible and agile. Everyone's commitment counts and is appreciated and regularly confirmed. Local Swiss management. Great colleagues in Switzerland and Europe. Existing culture of regularly Get-Together Appropriate compensation and one of the best Pensionskassen in CH.

Switzerland is bringing a huge history and is still very important in the global organisation. Most important beside the atmosphere internally are the trusted partners who are supporting Mitel in the market to stay where we are, #1.
This could be improved
The company was leading the market and after a few years refreshed the structures and is not back as leading UCC vendor in the market. The atmosphere between the colleagues from Geneva to Bodensee are exeptionel. Are colleagues are really helping each other and not only working with each other. Great team spirit. My last application processes was very uncomplicated and straight forward. In my position I feel like it would be my company and that's how all are working with a lot of engagement.
