Customers appreciate the modern stores and amenities like barista coffee are nice, but nothing more.

This could be improved

High fluctuation and managers are mostly just "flow heaters" without competence to act. Fast law" is primarily practiced and challenging issues are lacking. Employment conditions are not very competitive.

- non-transparent communication / application process - you get a "special impression", because ---- the current jobs are advertised here on a second company profile, which has no ratings (the second profile has several - also negative - ratings) ---- obviously 3 of 4 store managers are replaced at the same time

Job posting sounded exciting and contact was friendly.

This could be improved

The application process did not convince me (chaotic) and I find it irritating that so many management positions are currently being filled. The reviews on the other jobs.ch profile from YLEX provide some clues as to the reasons, but in the end there were too many question marks for me.
