Employees (technicians) in the municipal and industrial sector are urgently needed, but the company can't help it if hardly anyone applies or the qualifications are not available. Perhaps they need to search more aggressively in this area, because it's a great job and I would do it again and again if I weren't prevented from doing so by family commitments.
