The work at SDRL and the topics are very interesting and varied, but also demanding and challenging. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to organizing one's own work with clients. The atmosphere within the team is characterized by warmth and cordiality and new employees are welcomed and integrated with open arms, so that it was also very difficult for me to say goodbye. The manager is extremely committed to her employees and the company. She is very understanding, cordial and always has an open ear.

The workload tends to be rather high. At the moment, not all departments are in the same building, which means that not everyone knows each other and collaboration is somewhat more difficult.
