Sometimes you get a croissant. Unfortunately, it doesn't make up for the negative and is like a drop in the ocean.

Salary below average. No 13th month. Career opportunities: there are no opportunities for promotion. Management style: very very very bad in my opinion. Work climate and working conditions: Low morale among all employees. Conditions: no regulated breaks, no climate, sometimes you can't take your statutory breaks/lunch.
