This works well in the company

When I started, I received a very warm welcome. The interaction within the team and with the other teams is very pleasant. I was given an induction program, which is still being followed. Which I really like!

This could be improved

Basically, Wika Schweiz AG makes a very good impression on me. I didn't really understand that part of the vacation was needed at Christmas and New Year before I was hired. This type of vacation takes some getting used to.

The working atmosphere is great, teamwork is very important here. Everything is just right here, the well-being of the employees is very important to them. There are internal workshops and health programs. As a new employee, I can turn to anyone with questions at any time. I am happy to be part of the WIKA Group.

The working atmosphere is very good. There is a relaxed, informal atmosphere and people treat each other with respect. Your own new ideas are accepted and implemented where possible. The application process was very straightforward and things moved quickly. Everything was top!
