- Internal communication was unstructured and not very binding, information was often only passed on randomly.
- Objectives remained unclear, feedback was vague and processes were often reinvented instead of being set up with solid structures, although this would have been possible for web projects.
- The management was technically strong, but without clear direction, without onboarding and without long-term support or development prospects.
- The lack of an HR process was particularly evident upon leaving: no response was given to emails, negative statements were made to the authorities and the 13th month's salary has still not been paid. This behavior was ultimately the decisive reason why I decided to make this assessment.
