However, the final rejection was based on a decision at management level, without any personal exchange or discussion. From the applicant's point of view, more transparency and direct dialogue would have been desirable, especially after a trial work day. A clear, consistent decision-making process and the early involvement of all relevant decision-makers could make the application process more efficient and transparent.
