This could be improved
The application process was multi-stage and time-consuming overall. After interviews with HR and the relevant sales manager, there was a half-day trial period. The direct feedback on site was explicitly positive. However, the final rejection was based on a decision at management level, without any personal exchange or discussion. From the applicant's point of view, more transparency and direct dialogue would have been desirable, especially after a trial work day.
