The employees try to motivate each other day by day....partly unfortunately without success (no wonder).

There are many points for improvement, there is not enough space for that! -In the management/leadership: Do not have information carried out via a third party, but inform yourself. Do not put the blame for the mistakes on the employees. The employee has not made your process flow. Arrogance does not belong to leadership! -In the HR: What should have a HR what is here a very big deficit. The knowledge, the professional and personal skills and motivation of all employees of a company. According to Sertronics, work-life balance is very important. But this is not only flexible working hours that includes a lot more! The bottom line is that I cannot recommend......this company.
