I can't say anything positive about the company at the moment in terms of the application process.
This could be improved
There was no communication during the application phase. I received neither an acknowledgement of receipt of my application nor any feedback when they gave the job to someone. I only received partial answers through constant inquiries. Finally, it took more than 2 months until I received a rejection, but only by phone because I wanted to inquire again.
