Aus der Leidenschaft für Licht entstand im Jahr 1912 das Unternehmen TRILUX. Getrieben von dem Anspruch, immer besseres Licht zu kreieren, setzte Gründer Wilhelm Lenze von Anfang an auf eine intensive Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeit. Die Tochtergesellschaft TRILUX AG Schweiz wurde im Jahr 1996 mit Sitz in Dietikon gegründet. Die Marktbearbeitung erfolgte unscheinbar solid. Um an Frische und Marktattraktivität zu gewinnen, verlegte die TRILUX AG im Juli 2003 ihren Sitz nach Spreitenbach. Seither kann die Kernkompetenz von TRILUX durch den Einsatz von rund 30 motivierten Mitarbeitern aktiv erlebt werden. Auf rund 450 m2 Fläche präsentiert die TRILUX AG in ihrer Ausstellung „LICHTREISE“ konzeptionelle Beleuchtungslösungen, welche den Betrachter auf spannende und eindrucksvolle Weise in die Welt des Lichts von TRILUX verführen lässt.

- Individual employee groups work together in a collegial and conspiratorial manner - Wages arrive on time - nice company cars for GL and AD - Incentives for GL very good (expenses, wines, events etc.) - Company does not want to grow much, so there is no great risk and no and no substantial changes are imminent (for years +/- the same the same company size) - cheap employee parking (50.-/month) - cheap company T-shirts, pullovers, hoodies (50.- to 150.-) - Free coffee and water - Roof terrace with gas grill and smoking area - Good IT infrastructure and hardware - 1 day home office possible - Excellent controlling and financial management - Very nice offices and individual offices, especially for marketing, VL and GL - the company seems stable and well positioned from an ecological point of view

The above points are to be understood in an absolutely general sense and are in no way aimed at individual persons: - Management GL (general) with little structure and little concept, if at all - Management AD (general) with inadequate leadership and, in some cases, professional competence - Management ID (general) patriarchal - modern methods are not desired - Information about the course of business is one-sided and often unrealistic - Team spirit hardly exists across the board, but group formation does - High fluctuation since December 2024 - Permanent stress and overload due to understaffing in ID and AD - Latent source of conflict between field service / office service / management - Salary at ID/AD rather below average - Error culture is person-related and backward - Few development opportunities for employees - Future orientation of the company unclear - people work into the day - Resignation strongly noticeable in the team - As a new/young employee, you often feel left alone - Older, male employees are clearly preferred After the departure of an older member of management and the associated change of management in mid-2024, the cool spirit in the team has been lost. I am now the umpteenth employee to leave the company of my own accord because it is simply no longer fun and because there is no success. Because of this change in management, there are also far too many open construction sites and unfinished measures. People like to talk a lot, but do little. In addition, as with many companies, the focus is only on profit, which cannot be achieved anyway due to excessive targets.

the salary always arrives on time on the 25th. the younger colleagues are quite cool. there is no control over attendance or the completion of tasks

I worked as a sales representative for specific regions and areas and left the company because the company management, sales management and operations management as a whole, and not necessarily in terms of individuals, have developed very negatively over the last 1 1/2 years. Many things have developed in an impersonal and superficial direction and ultimately my passion for light could no longer cover up the major deficits in the corporate culture. It's a shame really, the Group does a lot of things right, but the sales organization in Switzerland no longer offers attractive conditions, especially in the "personal" area. I would like to see a renewed commitment to the goals and qualities that used to exist.

TRILUX AG offers very good career opportunities for employees. It promotes training and further education and is very keen to ensure that employees who want to can develop themselves further.
