This works well in the company

Die Bezahlung erfolgt immer pünktlich. Die Mitarbeiter im Zahlungsbereich sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich, alles richtig zu machen.

This could be improved

Manche Leute sind nett und reagieren schnell, andere scheinen leider zu beschäftigt zu sein. Leider fehlt es ihnen an Manieren, wenn es darum geht, Probleme zu lösen, also erwarten Sie keine Unterstützung. Es sieht aus, als wäre ich nicht der Einzige, der beide Seiten erlebt hat.
