Nouvel AG is very well networked in the market. The flexible working hours are certainly a positive. Free parking is also a positive aspect - because Triengen is not very centrally located.

This could be improved

Leadership style could be greatly improved - leadership doesn't actually exist. There is often a lack of respect and appreciation for employees, which is not very motivating and has a negative impact on the working atmosphere. Working from home is not appreciated and practically not tolerated. High staff turnover should be minimized.
