It's like any other company—there are good situations and less good situations, but overall it's an honest and down-to-earth company. Trainee
In my 12 months as a trainee, I learned an incredible amount and developed further - that was also my goal after my studies. It was a tough time with many challenges. But I was always appreciated and the team was great. If you are flexible, thirsty for knowledge and a doer, then you can clearly feel comfortable with promotion tools and develop professionally and personally. There are some who have made it from the trainee level to project management. It's definitely not impossible.
