Unfortunately, the company seems very disorganized. While new employees are hired regularly, there is a lack of proper and comprehensive training. This often leads to uncertainty among employees, as many procedures are not clearly explained or prepared. In addition, internal processes and rules are constantly being changed without any indication of whether these changes are sensible or well-thought-out in the long term. This gives the impression that decisions are made more spontaneously rather than based on a clear strategy.

I work in IT... Further training is promised, but applications for it are rejected. Salary below industry average, employees are at the whim of the supervisor. Communication is extremely poor, constant restructuring, extremely bad atmosphere in the department. Generally very outdated. Poor benefits, only 4 weeks vacation. I can't give a recommendation, unfortunately.
