The Bruggwiesen Senior and Care Centre in Effretikon provides a home for approximately 165 people in their third and fourth life phases. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern centre and the external living group offer space for various living arrangements and specialized care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

At the APZB, appreciation is writ large. The atmosphere is open, friendly and pleasant - everyone is important here and concerns are taken seriously. In addition to the excellent social benefits, attention is also paid to a fair and very good salary.

This could be improved

Appreciation must be exemplified. You have to keep reminding yourself of this and check back from time to time - am I still on the right course, do I have the employees on my side, am I encouraging and demanding enough? Unfortunately, this can sometimes be forgotten in the stress, but it should not become a habit.
