An Exciting Company in the midst of Technological Change
This works well in the company
A project- and goal-oriented company that operates with a high level of drive. There are nearly unlimited opportunities to carry out projects. But you have to enjoy that kind of work. The company places great emphasis on the internal professional development of its employees.
This could be improved
This isn't a company for people who think in terms of 9-to-5 jobs. Constant change is part of life, but things should probably calm down a bit here every now and then so people can catch their breath.

This works well in the company
- Canteen is great (Flamatt) - Employees stick together help each other - Image of Scout24 - The business
This could be improved
- Listening to your employees - Be open to criticism - More empowerment, autonomy as well as trust instead of top down and control - Atmosphere is rather poor in many teams - High employee turnover - Salaries rather low compared with other players - A lot of talent is leaving (often after a short period) therefore try to retain talent

Everyone I know who works at Scout loves it. Talented people and good management. Exciting projects and investments in innovation. The canteen is also great

Great employer, very pleasant working atmosphere with a high level of identification with the Scout24 brand. Many freedoms, possibilities to do sports (fitness room in-house), super staff restaurant etc etc etc. Great Place to Work!
