The IT equipment (hardware and software) is state of the art and very pleasant to work with. You can easily ask for accessories that you need for your work (e.g. ergonomic mouse). The desks are height-adjustable. There are many online training courses available - you just have to find and use them....

The structures and leadership are extremely old-fashioned and patriarchal. Women are clearly outnumbered and their interests are not particularly well represented. Modern workplace design such as home office, remote work etc. exists - but is not appreciated if you use it and is also handled differen...
