I completed the Academy at Vina and learned a great deal. Precisely because so much content and so many methods are taught, the six-month training program feels rather short. I think it's great that you receive a full salary after just six months.

We greatly appreciate that you recognize our core value of employee development, as this is the cornerstone of the excellent work that is done in our studios. This is the result of the work and attitude of all our employees, of which we are also very proud. Yes, work-life balance... given the price pressure from the competition, this is one of the most difficult challenges we face. We will make two attempts at this in 2026: First, we will try closing all studios on Mondays so that everyone has two days off in a row, including Sunday. And secondly, we would like to reduce working hours by one hour per day during the slower months. That would add up to a total of 130 fewer working hours per year. We are confident that this will be successful and that it will make us even more employee-friendly.

There are regular and unannounced pay rises. I've never had to ask and my salary increases steadily in steps of at least CHF 200 (sometimes several times a year). Of course, performance is also required in return. Vina also has an unparalleled concept for hygiene and health protection, which they developed themselves. It makes me really proud when our customers talk to us about this, because you won't find it anywhere else. Great importance is attached to quality and all employees are well trained and constantly supported.

At certain locations, there is a high fluctuation of employees. However, this is often due to pregnancy or career changes. Compared to the salary, the working days are also long, but this problem is more due to the industry than to Vina. The bosses should hire more people for the office, because they still do everything on their own.

Precisely because wages in the cosmetics industry are low on average, we want to reward good and reliable performance as quickly as possible. And wages must not lag behind performance. For us, performance means not only generating good sales, but also commitment, reliability, loyalty, further training, and general social behavior. We should also mention that the wages of some individuals have not risen as rapidly as you describe, because the performance principle was not properly understood. Nevertheless, we are doing everything we can to ensure that people develop quickly and that we can pay them above-average wages. True to our motto: "I want you to succeed." To reduce long working days, we have various ideas that will be tried out in 2026. See our response to the previous review. Yes, staff turnover is also a problem for us. We would love to keep you all until retirement, but life sometimes writes its own story. Even though Vina will no longer be part of this story, we are grateful for all the people we have been able to accompany and learn from during our time together. However, we hope it is recognized that we try in every way possible to motivate you to stay. However, we are powerless against family planning (which is absolutely fine). At this point, we would like to once again congratulate our five mothers-to-be or new mothers from 2025. Support in the office will be available from April 2026.
